What is a Vision Board?

A vision board is a visual collage of images and words that represent your goals and dreams.

Normally it includes collages of cut-out pictures from magazines, words, quotes or affirmations that help inspire you to manifest your dreams and keep you on track on your life goals.

Thus, some people might also call it a Dream board, Goals board, Inspiration board  or Manifesting Vision Board.

A vision board is a very effective manifestation technique especially when you have multiple goals in every aspect of your life where you don’t have the resources or means to achieve them…

…which helps you to manifest the fullest of life.

Yet, making a vision board is super easy and fun! 🙂

What is the purpose of a vision board?

The purpose of a Vision board aims to give you a clear direction for what you want to achieve in several aspects of your life

When you create a physical vision board, you can even touch what represents your vision.

The more you can see, sense and touch your goals, the faster and easier you can manifest it by the Law of Attraction.

Does a Vision Board Actually Work?

Yes, the effectiveness of vision board has been proven by scientific research and it is recommended by countless celebrities.

Vision boards provide you with a daily visual reminder of your dreams and goals.

Similar to visualization techniques, the reason that vision boards work so great is because you visually see them every day.

According to Forbes, approximately 25% of the people keep their commitment to their resolutions after 30 days, and by the end of the year, only 8% accomplish them.

This is why a vision board is incredibly helpful.

In fact, celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Steve Harvey, Ellen Degeneres, Katy Perry, Jim Carrey and more… have used vision boards to achieve the successes they wanted.

For myself, I could say about 70% of the things in my vision board have been achieved since I have been using it starting from 2016.

I know I will keep on manifesting the rest of it and I guarantee it will do the same to you too. 🙂
