Create your own gratitude list
It is always a good Idea to have a gratitude list inside your pocket or maybe as a note on your phone to remind you things to be grateful for.
The best part?
You can keep refreshing the list day after day and putting things you genuinely feeling thankful in your gratitude journal.
And then you will find that one thing is more grateful than the other thing.
The more you focus on gratitude, the more you are feeling it.
And your momentum of energy will only get faster and faster.
This is the law of attraction.
So, to start making the list, I usually start with the things I have and the people around me.
You can take a look at the list below as a reference.
- My belongings
- Apartment / house / place you are staying at
- Job
- Friends
- Family members
- Loved one
- Stage of life
Try it out and let me know how it changes your life! 😉
